BRC Series Helical Gearbox is a modular inline helical gear reducer available in 4 frame sizes (BRC01–BRC04) with rated power from 0.12 kW to 4 kW, reduction ratios from 3.66:1 to 54:1, and output torque up to 491 N.m. The die-cast aluminum alloy housing and ground hardened helical gears deliver 96% two-stage efficiency with quiet, low-vibration operation. Input accepts IEC-normalized motor flanges for direct coupling with standard, brake, explosion-proof, inverter and servo motors. Suitable for conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, textile machinery and logistics equipment. OEM customization on ratio, shaft, flange and mounting configuration.

Raydafon BRCF series helical gearbox is built around four basic specifications: type 01, 02, 03 and 04. Each type covers a different power and torque window, so the correct type can be selected directly from the load requirement without oversizing the frame. Rated power range is 0.12 to 4 kW and maximum output torque reaches 500 Nm. Speed ratio range is 3.66:1 to 54:1, giving fine step coverage for industrial axes. The housing is high-quality die-cast aluminium alloy machined on a vertical machining centre in a single setup to keep bearing bores and gear seats concentric. Gears are made of high-grade alloy steel, surface-hardened and precision-ground for quiet running and long service life. Both foot mounting and flange mounting are available. Raydafon BKM helical hypoid gearbox is a 90° right-angle gearbox built for high-torque industrial drives. Six frame sizes 050 to 130 cover input power 0.2–7.5 kW and maximum output torque up to 1500 Nm. Two-stage versions cover ratios 7.5 to 60 at up to 92% efficiency, and three-stage versions cover ratios 60 to 300 at up to 90% efficiency. Frame 050–090 use die-cast aluminium alloy housings, and frame 110–130 use cast iron housings, all machined in a single setup to keep bearing bores and shaft seats concentric. Gears use high-grade alloy steel, case-hardened and precision-ground. Installation dimensions are fully compatible with the RV series worm gear reducers, so BKM can drop into an existing RV mount as a direct replacement. IEC input flanges for direct motor mounting. OEM flanges, output shafts, ratios and IP ratings available.

Raydafon BKM HS series is the shaft-input version of the BKM helical hypoid gearbox series. The input side is a solid keyed shaft for coupling to a belt pulley, chain sprocket or line shaft, instead of a hollow input with a bolt-on motor flange. Frames 050 to 130 cover 0.2–7.5 kW input power and up to 1500 Nm output torque. Two-stage ratios 7.5–60 run at up to 92% efficiency, and three-stage ratios 60–300 run at up to 90%. Frame 050–090 use die-cast aluminium alloy housings, and frame 110–130 use cast iron housings, all machined in a single setup to keep bearing bores and shaft seats concentric. Footprint and mounting dimensions are the same as the standard BKM, so it drops into an existing BKM mount. Custom input shaft diameter, keyway and extension length are available for OEM projects.

Ratios cover 7.5:1 to 60:1 at peak efficiency up to 92%, which is the highest efficiency level in the BKM series. Power range 0.2 to 7.5 kW, output torque up to 1500 Nm. Six frame sizes from BKM 0502 to BKM 1302 share the same helical hypoid gear set and 90° right-angle output layout. The helical hypoid gear pair gives a higher single-stage ratio than a standard bevel gear and runs smoother and quieter. Input accepts an IEC standard motor flange. Used in conveyor systems, packaging machinery, industrial robots, food processing lines and warehouse logistics drives. OEM ratios, shafts, motor flanges and nameplate branding available.

Raydafon BKM 3-stage helical hypoid gear motor is the high-ratio tier of the BKM family, with three gear stages stacked in a single housing. Ratios cover 60:1 to 300:1, which a 2-stage BKM cannot reach. Power range 0.2 to 7.5 kW and output torque up to 1500 Nm on the 1303 frame. Six frame sizes from BKM 0503 to BKM 1303 share the same helical hypoid gear family and 90° right-angle output layout. The helical hypoid gear pair offsets the output shaft at 90° and gives a higher single-stage ratio than a standard bevel gear while running smoothly under low-speed, high-torque load. Peak efficiency is up to 90%. Input accepts an IEC standard motor flange. Used on slow conveyors, mixers, hoists and rotary index tables where the drive must hold position between steps.
