60: frame No.;
ST: sine drive wave;
M: code of feedback components which is M-photoelectric encoder;
00630: code of performance parameters. The first three numbers indicates the rated torque and the after two indicates rated speed. For example, 00630 means that the rated torque is 0.6N.m and the rated speed is 3000rpm.
Z1: derived code. Z1 means magnetic brake and Z2 means permanent magnet brake.
