Raydafon YEJ three-phase asynchronous brake motor combines an induction motor with an electromagnetic DC brake. Power covers 0.12–7.5 kW, frame 63–180, 2P/4P/6P, IP55 protection and F-class insulation. The spring-applied brake engages in 0.15–0.45 s no-load and holds vertical loads after power loss. Ideal for conveyors, hoists, packaging machinery, door operators and material handling. OEM voltage, brake supply, shaft and nameplate available.

Raydafon YVF2 variable frequency motor is purpose-built for VFD operation, not adapted from a standard motor. Power covers 0.12–22 kW, frame 63–180, 2P/4P/6P, with stepless speed regulation from 150 to 2750 rpm. IC416 forced ventilation keeps the winding cool at low speed, while reinforced insulation and dynamic rotor balancing handle inverter duty. Ideal for conveyors, pumps, fans, machine tools, textile, packaging and HVAC. OEM voltage, frequency, encoder and shaft customisation available.

Raydafon TYTB permanent magnet synchronous motor uses rare-earth permanent magnets in the rotor to eliminate copper loss and slip. In the 25%–100% load range, efficiency is 8–20% higher than an ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor, power factor increases by 0.08–0.18, and overload capacity reaches 2.5 times rated torque. Raydafon TYTBEJ permanent magnet synchronous brake motor combines a rare-earth PMSM rotor with an integrated electromagnetic DC brake on the rear cover. Power range 0.55 to 22 kW, frames 80 to 180 in 2-pole, 4-pole and 6-pole versions. Efficiency in the 25%–100% load range is 8%–20% higher than an ordinary asynchronous motor, energy saving reaches 10%–40%, and power factor increases by 0.08–0.18. The brake is spring-applied, so it engages automatically when the coil loses power and holds the shaft in position. Brake response is about 0.5 s for frame 80, 1 s for frames 90–132 and 2 s for frames 160–180. Protection grade IP55 and insulation class F. Installation dimensions match the TYTB family, so TYTBEJ drops into an existing motor mount. Used on conveyors, hoists, elevators, packaging lines, robot joints, door and gate operators, and woodworking or metalworking machines that need quick stop and position hold.
