Raydafon DRV combination of double worm gearboxes is a factory-assembled two-stage unit that houses two worm gearboxes in one frame. The input stage brings the motor speed down to an intermediate level, and the output stage takes that speed down again to the final output. This covers combined reduction ratios up to 18,000:1, which a single-stage worm reducer cannot reach. Input power covers 0.12 to 15 kW and maximum output torque reaches 1800 Nm on the DRV-90+110 combination. Worm shafts are surface-hardened to HRC 55–60, worm wheels use a wear-resistant bronze alloy, and the housing is cast iron with IP55 protection. Input can be an IEC motor flange or a solid keyed shaft; output can be a hollow or solid shaft. Used in conveyors, packaging lines, food mixers, hoists, chemical agitators and rotary tables. OEM ratios, shafts, flanges and stainless-steel versions available.

Raydafon RV with servo motor is a pre-assembled package that combines the BMRV worm gear reducer with a matched servo motor on the input side. Nine frame sizes RV025 to RV150 cover 0.06 kW to 15 kW output power and up to 1760 Nm maximum output torque. Worm reduction ratios range from 5:1 to 100:1 with efficiency 35% to 70%. Frames 025 to 090 use die-cast aluminium alloy housings, and frames 110 to 150 use cast iron housings. The worm is made of surface-hardened alloy steel at 56–62 HRC, and the worm wheel is made of wear-resistant tin bronze. The reducer and motor are aligned and coupled at the factory, which removes the adapter selection and alignment step at the machine builder. Used in assembly line automation, conveyors, filling and packaging, small mixers, lifts and winches, woodworking feeders and sliding door drives. Custom servo motor flanges, output shafts and small clearance versions are available for OEM projects.
