RV with servo motor is a Raydafon pre-assembled package that combines the BMRV worm gear reducer with a matched servo motor on the input side. The worm reducer uses a hardened alloy steel worm and a tin bronze worm wheel, with a die-cast aluminium alloy housing for frames 025 to 090 and a cast iron housing for frames 110 to 150. Output torque reaches 1760 Nm and the package covers 0.06 kW to 15 kW. As a pre-assembled combination, the customer receives the gearbox and motor already aligned and coupled, which removes the mounting, alignment and programming step at the machine builder.
Each frame is defined by its centre distance. Torque capacity scales with frame size, and the frame also determines which motor power can be fitted on the input side.

The gearbox that reduces speed and multiplies torque. Worm and worm wheel mesh at 90°, giving a compact right-angle drive. Housing is aluminium for frames 025 to 090 and cast iron for frames 110 to 150. Worm is surface-hardened to 56–62 HRC.
The motor drives the worm shaft. Because the servo motor is matched and coupled at the factory, the customer does not need to select a separate adapter, align the coupling or verify the motor flange on site.
