YE2 series high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (IE2)

YE2 series of high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors meet the national standard GB/T11707, the efficiency index of this series of motors reaches GB18613, the "Small and Medium three-phase Asynchronous Motors Function Limit value and Energy Efficiency Grade" level 3 energy efficiency grade,  The efficiency grade of this series is consistent with IE2 energy efficiency grade of international standard IEC60034-30.

YE2 series high efficiency motor high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, the use of new technology, new process and new materials, so that the motor efficiency index fully reach the IE2 index level, the motor uses F level insulation, the whole series of temperature rise according to B level test, thus greatly improve the safety and reliability.  Can be widely used in machine tools, fans, pumps, compressors, packaging machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery and other mechanical transmission equipment.

YE3 series motor is the improvement of Y series design, product performance in line with international IEC standards, with novel structure, elegant appearance, small vibration, low noise, heat resistance and improved protection grade characteristics, with the international advanced level, is the upgrade of YE2 series products.

YEJ2, YDEJ2 series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors

YEJ2, YDEJ2 series electromagnetic brake motors are improved products of YEJ series, which meet the requirements of national standard JB/T6456, and the electrical performance meets the technical standards of Y2 series motors.

When the motor loses power, the brake disc of the electromagnetic brake is pressed automatically with the back cover of the motor to produce friction brake cabinet and make the motor stop. The no-load braking time is from small to large randomly, ranging from 0.15 to 0.45s.  The brake power supply must operate synchronously with the main power supply of the drag motor.  YEJ2, YDEJ2 series motors are widely used in mechanical processing machine tools and conveying machinery and packaging, woodworking, food, chemical, textile, construction, shops, door rolling machinery as driving force.

YVF2 series three-phase asynchronous motor for variable frequency speed regulation
