Raydafon BKM HS series is the shaft-input version of the BKM helical hypoid gearbox series. The input side is a solid keyed shaft for coupling to a belt pulley, chain sprocket or line shaft, instead of a hollow input with a bolt-on motor flange. Frames 050 to 130 cover 0.2–7.5 kW input power and up to 1500 Nm output torque. Two-stage ratios 7.5–60 run at up to 92% efficiency, and three-stage ratios 60–300 run at up to 90%. Frame 050–090 use die-cast aluminium alloy housings, and frame 110–130 use cast iron housings, all machined in a single setup to keep bearing bores and shaft seats concentric. Footprint and mounting dimensions are the same as the standard BKM, so it drops into an existing BKM mount. Custom input shaft diameter, keyway and extension length are available for OEM projects.

Raydafon BKM 2-stage helical hypoid geared motor is the high-efficiency tier of the BKM family, with two gear stages stacked in a single cast housing. Ratios cover 7.5:1 to 60:1 at peak efficiency up to 92%, which is the highest efficiency level in the BKM series. Power range 0.2 to 7.5 kW, output torque up to 1500 Nm. Six frame sizes from BKM 0502 to BKM 1302 share the same helical hypoid gear set and 90° right-angle output layout. The helical hypoid gear pair gives a higher single-stage ratio than a standard bevel gear and runs smoother and quieter. Input accepts an IEC standard motor flange. Used in conveyor systems, packaging machinery, industrial robots, food processing lines and warehouse logistics drives. OEM ratios, shafts, motor flanges and nameplate branding available.

Raydafon BKM 3-stage helical hypoid gear motor is the high-ratio tier of the BKM family, with three gear stages stacked in a single housing. Ratios cover 60:1 to 300:1, which a 2-stage BKM cannot reach. Power range 0.2 to 7.5 kW and output torque up to 1500 Nm on the 1303 frame. Six frame sizes from BKM 0503 to BKM 1303 share the same helical hypoid gear family and 90° right-angle output layout. The helical hypoid gear pair offsets the output shaft at 90° and gives a higher single-stage ratio than a standard bevel gear while running smoothly under low-speed, high-torque load. Peak efficiency is up to 90%. Input accepts an IEC standard motor flange. Used on slow conveyors, mixers, hoists and rotary index tables where the drive must hold position between steps. Frames 050 to 130 cover 0.2–7.5 kW and up to 1500 Nm output torque. Two-stage ratios 7.5–60 run at up to 92% efficiency, and three-stage ratios 60–300 run at up to 90%. Raydafon BKM cast iron helical hypoid gearbox is a 90° right-angle gearbox built on two larger base sizes, 110 and 130. Cast iron gives higher stiffness and better damping than the aluminium version of the same family, so the gear housing holds geometry under heavy continuous load and reversing duty. Power range 0.18 to 7.5 kW, maximum output torque up to 1500 Nm on the 130 base. Two-stage ratios 7.5 to 60 run at up to 92% efficiency, three-stage ratios 60 to 300 run at up to 90%. Gears are high-grade alloy steel, surface quenched and precision ground, with a hypoid gear set for higher single-stage ratio. Installation dimensions are fully compatible with the RV series worm gear reducers, so BKM drops into an existing RV mount. IEC standard input flange. Raydafon BAB precision planetary gear units are the standard precision tier of the planetary gearbox family. Helical planetary gears run quieter than straight-cut gears, the one-piece planet carrier holds alignment under reversing load, and lifetime synthetic grease removes the need for oil changes. Ratios cover 3:1 to 100:1, standard backlash is ≤5 arcmin, single-stage efficiency reaches 96–98%, and IP65 protection keeps dust and low-pressure water spray out of the housing.
